Multi-Outcome Trajectories in Traumatic Brain Injury

View full thesis

This work identifies six distinct multi-outcome trajectories in TBI patients using Latent Class Mixed Models (LCMM) and clustering approaches.

Drawing on longitudinal data from the TRACK-TBI study — a multicenter cohort across 18 level 1 trauma centers in the US — with 17 outcome measures at four post-injury time points.

By moving beyond single-outcome analyses, this research supports more personalized treatment strategies and improved patient outcomes.
